JOSEPH MCILHONE BIOGRAPHY | As Founder and President of Covaylence Communications Solutions, Inc., Joseph McIlhone provides strategic direction and oversees all aspects of the company's operations, including business development and financial management.

Joseph brings over a decade of successful telecommunications sales and management experience to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Covaylence Communications Solutions, Inc. He ensures that the staff and strategic partners are positioned to offer innovative solutions that provide a substantial return on investment for the clients while profitably growing the company. This approach has amassed an impressive portfolio of satisfied clients across a wide spectrum of industries. Joseph began his telecommunications career working for several large global carriers including AT&T, Sprint and France Telecom; his responsibilities included managing multimillion dollar global and national accounts. His customers consisted of Fortune 500 companies and Federal Government Agencies.

Joseph attended West Chester University in Southeastern Pennsylvania and graduated with a degree in Philosophy and a concentration in Speech Communications. He is a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. Joseph involves himself with community service activities and volunteers his time with nonprofit organizations. Joseph is an avid practitioner, competitor, coach and teacher of Brazilian Jujitsu. His other passions include travelling, cooking, fishing and bringing out the best in friends and acquaintances.
